We are a pet friendly community!- The maximum amount of pets is 2 per household.
- No pets above 18" tall at shoulder height, and weighing more than 45 pounds.
- No Pet Deposit Required.
- Monthly pet fee of $65 per dog and $45 per cat.
- Breed Restrictions Apply.
The restricted breeds are as follows, but are not limited to Pit bulls, doberman pinschers, and all other aggressive breeds of dogs are not allowed at any time. For the purpose of this statement/ lease agreement, aggressive breeds shall be determined by the Property Manager.
